Just visit our online quote page, fill in all your device details and a price will be displayed on the screen. If you would like to go ahead, just accept the price and fill in your personal and payment details. A free post label can be downloaded at checkout point on the website. This can then be used to send your device in to us by dropping off at your local post office. We receive your device, check it in and get payment sent across to you via your chosen method within 24 – 72 hours, you can find out more by visiting our how it works page.

I live outside the UK; can I still use this service?

Yes, we also buy items from outside the UK but we only provide the freepost service for within the UK.

What does you inspection consist of?

The first part of the inspection is to check the details you have entered in the quote match the spec’s and condition of the laptop & or device you have sent. We then contact the local authorities to make sure it has not been reported stolen. Once we are satisfied, they match, we will test the laptop & or device is functioning properly. On completion, we close off the paperwork and issue your payment and then data wipe the system. If there is a problem, we will contract you right away.

Simply visit our online quote tool page, fill in your laptop & or device details and you will be given a price instantly on the screen.

You just select other from the model drop down or contact us.

I can't seem to get the quote tool to work for my laptop & or device?

Contact us and let us know the details and we will be more than happy to assist you in getting a price for your laptop & or device.

How long is my quote valid for?

The website prices change on a daily basis, so we suggest securing your price as soon as possible but quotes are held for 5 business days after you confirm an order.

I have sensitive information stored on my laptop & or devices hard drive. Should I erase it myself?

It is up to you. We fully erase and reformat each and every hard disk we receive to make sure your data is safe.

My laptop & or device is in bad condition - it's falling apart! I don't think you'd want to buy it.

Yes, we also buy laptops and or devices in poor and non-working condition. The quote given for this will be the up to price depending on the parts we can salvage upon testing. In most cases we pay the maximum price shown and in the rare case the price is lower, then you may cancel the sale with no penalties and have the laptop and or devices returned free of charge (in order for us to offer a free return, your device must be one that is stated on our website and be in a condition where we would offer some value).

Do you buy desktops, or any other computer devices?

What do I need to send to you?

Send your laptop and or device, the charger and any software that come with it. Keep the posting receipt for your proof of postage.

How do I have to package my laptop & or device?

If you are packaging your laptop yourself, we suggest you use a sturdy box and bubble wrap your item to avoid any damage in transit.  View our Packaging Instructions

How do I get the box back to you?

Just attach the label we email you to the outside of the box. Make sure it’s sealed securely then take it to any UK post office and hand it over, it’s completely free and you don’t need to wait in all day for a courier to collect.

If I cancel how much will it cost to get my laptop & or device back?

If your device is stated on our website, and is one that we would offer to buy, we will reutrn it to you free of charge. Your laptop will be returned within 14 business days.

What payment methods do you support?

We will make payment by PayPal and Direct Bank Transfer.

When do I get paid?

As soon as your machine has been accepted it will be put forward for payment and completed within 24 – 72 business hours.
