How long is my quote valid for?

Quotes are held for 5 business days after you confirm your order.

Prices may change daily based on market conditions, so we recommend completing your order promptly to secure your quoted price.

What happens during inspection?

We:

  • Verify the model and specifications
  • Check the condition matches your description
  • Confirm the device has not been reported stolen
  • Test basic functionality

If the device matches your description, payment is issued.

If there is a discrepancy, we will contact you with a revised offer before proceeding.

What if I decline a revised offer?

If you choose not to accept a revised valuation, your laptop will be returned to you free of charge, provided it is a model listed on our website.

When do I get paid?

Payment is issued within 24–72 business hours after inspection approval.

We currently pay via:

  • Bank transfer
  • PayPal

Do you buy broken laptops?

Yes.

You can select “Faulty / Non Working” when generating your quote. Valuations for faulty devices are based on recoverable components.

Do I need to wipe my laptop before sending it?

You may wipe your device before sending it if you prefer.

All devices are processed through secure data removal procedures once received.

What should I send?

Please send:

  • The charger (if available)

How should I package my laptop?

Use a sturdy box and protective packaging such as bubble wrap to prevent movement during transit.

I live outside the UK – can I still sell?

We may accept devices from outside the UK; however, prepaid postage is only available within the UK.
